WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY?
- VOS® accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase. This is due to the handcrafted nature of your purchase. VOS® can only exchange/return unworn product.
- VOS® wants you to be as satisfied as we are with the products therefore, we will guarantee customers to pay for shipping the exchange/return merchandise from the soul-house as long as you pay for the return shipping to get it to us. We will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit therefore we recommend you acquiring a tracking number. Please note we do not accept worn or damaged merchandise for return or exchange. Any product returned in condition other than new will be subject to a $10 restock fee.
- When shipped, please note the error and the correction requested.
WHICH DEFECTS ARE COVERED?
The following defects are covered by the VOS® guarantee when claims are made within the guarantee time on new and unworn products only:
- Fraying on threads
- Volcanic soul rocks pulling out of threads
WHICH DEFECTS ARE NOT COVERED?
The following are not covered by the VOS® guarantee nor are the above covered when any of the following are prevalent:
- Fraying of threads due to use or abuse
- Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products
- Any problem not listed above will be evaluated on an individual basis by VOS®
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY VOS PRODUCTS?
- VOS® Support Team is readily available to begin the process of your exchange or return at +1 (844) 482-8353 Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (CT) or at [email protected].
- Once your return is received and inspected by VOS®, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5 – 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing once the package has reached the fulfillment center. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
